The bite sized slider format of these Americana sliders make a delicious, classic burger even more delectable. The key to a good slider is the Americana sauce. Our sauce is a mixture of mayonnaise, ketchup, sriracha sauce, pepperoncinis, and dill pickle relish. Impossible™ Americana Sliders are plant-based meaty sliders that perfectly balances spicy, crunchy, sweet, sour, and salty flavors.
The addition of a brioche bun, rather than a potato or white bread bun, adds a hint of sweetness that pulls all of the flavors together. These are so good, you might want the whole tray for yourself. Grab yourself a cold and sweet lemonade or a cold and refreshing beer and enjoy!

  • 6 Tomato
  • 3 Slices American Cheese
  • 6 Leaves Butter Lettuce
  • 6 Small Brioche Buns Or Slider Rolls
  • Dill Pickle Chips

Americana Sauce

  • 240 ml Mayo or Plant-Based Mayo
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Pepperoncini
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dill Pickle Relish

How to prepare

Step 1: Make The Americana Sauce

Combine all Americana Sauce ingredients, and mix well.

Step 2: Cook Impossible Sliders

Divide one package of Impossible Beef into 6 slider patties, approximately the size of the slider buns. Over medium-high heat, sear your sliders in a pan or on the grill to desired temperature (approximately 1-2 minutes per side). Season with salt and pepper as desired. While the patties are cooking, cut the cheese slices into quarters. Place two quarters of each slice on top of each slider patty and cover until cheese has melted. *Make it 100% plant-based with plant-based cheese.

Step 3: Assemble Sliders

To assemble, lightly toast your slider buns and add a generous layer of the Americana sauce to the bottom bun. Top with your favorite burger ingredients! Our favorites include lettuce, tomato, red onion & dill pickles.
