One thing you learn quickly when you go to a cookout party is this: everyone knows someone who makes the best guacamole they’ve ever had. And there is a simple explanation for that. Homemade guacamole is wonderfully fresh. That’s why we think you should try making your own guacamole for this tasty Impossible™ Burger grilling recipe.

This recipe is a festival of tasty ingredients. You’ll mix in a blend of spices similar to what you’d use for tacos and form your taco burger patties. For the buns, we prefer brioche. Burgers on brioche buns are a match made in heaven. Grill those burgers up, and top with cheddar cheese, and you'll be all set to enjoy a jalapeño cheddar, taco guac burger.
