This spicy Korean rice bowl made with Impossible Beef is easy to make and flavor packed. If gochujang (Korean chili paste) and gochugaru (Korean chili flakes) are not yet part of your kitchen pantry, it's time to head to the Korean supermarket! It's these seasonings along with soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, ginger, and garlic, that make a flavor bomb of a sauce.
Serve this Korean-inspired Impossible Beef over a warm bed of rice, and add a sunny fried up egg, sesame seeds, and chopped green onions for garnish. If you're feeling fancy, you can even add some stir fried vegetables, like mung bean sprouts, carrots, zucchini, or blanched and seasoned spinach, to make a colorful and delicious bibimbap right at home. Enjoy!
