After a long, busy day, whip out your favorite, hearty, and FAST one-pan recipe: the Impossible™ Sausage Links Sheet Pan Dinner. This slice-toss-bake meal is nourishing and a cinch to throw together. Summer veggies like zucchini and tomato are tossed them with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme and baked along with your favorite flavor of Impossible™ Sausage Meat From Plants.
Simultaneously, prepare some pasta, rice, orzo, or don't prepare anything at all and just use some bread! While the Impossible Sausage and veggies bake, take some time for yourself! Once it’s done, top with feta crumbles (dairy or plant-based) and serve with the delicious carb of your choosing. This meal, while simple to make, packs a whole lot of flavor. Enjoy!

  • 13.5 oz Package Impossible™ Italian Sausage Meat From Plants
  • 1 lb Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 lb Zucchini Or Summer Squash, Thinly Sliced
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Peeled And Sliced
  • 1 Red Onion, Peeled And Thinly Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Thyme
  • 1 Lemon, Quartered
  • Kosher Salt to taste
  • Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
  • Bread, Orzo Or Pasta to serve
  • Crumbled Feta Cheese Or Plant-Based Feta as desired

How to prepare

Step 1: Prep Your Ingredients

Place your sheet pan in the oven, and preheat to 375ºF. In a large bowl, toss Impossible Sausage Links, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, garlic, onions, fresh thyme sprigs, and lemon quarters together with olive oil on a sheet pan, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2: Roast Your Dinner

Once your oven reaches temperature, carefully add your ingredients directly to the hot sheet pan. Adding your vegetables and sausages to the preheated sheet pan with provide a better sear and will caramelize your veggies! Cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning sausages halfway through cooking (sausage needs to reach 160°F).

Step 3: Serve and Enjoy

Serve your sheet pan dinner with crusty bread or a side of orzo or your favorite pasta. Add crumbled feta (or sub with plant-based feta) for an added salty kick. Enjoy!
