- 12 oz Package Impossible™ Ground Beef Meat From Plants
- Kosher Salt And Freshly Ground Black Pepper to taste
- 4 Burger Buns, Toasted
- Mayo or Plant-Based Mayo And Ketchup As Desired
- 4 Slices Cheddar Cheese or Plant-Based Cheese
- Shredded Iceberg Lettuce As Desired
- 2 Large Tomatoes, Sliced
- 1 Red Onion, Sliced Thin
- Dill Pickle Chips As Desired
How to prepare
Step 1: Make the Impossible Burgers
With one package of Impossible Beef, form four Impossible burger patties and keep refrigerated. Alternatively, use our convenient Impossible™ Burger Patties Meat From Plants!
Step 2: Fire up the Grill
Over a preheated medium-high heat grill, sear your burgers approximately 2 minutes per side, or to desired internal temperature. Season patties with salt and pepper to taste. Once you flip from the first side, top with cheddar cheese slices to melt. Substitute your favorite plant-based cheddar cheese slices for a plant-based option!
Step 3: Assemble the Burgers
Spread mayo and ketchup on either side of the bun as desired. Build your burger with grilled Impossible Beef patties and melted cheese, sliced tomato and red onion, dill pickle chips and shredded lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
