- 12 oz Package Impossible Burger Meat From Plants
- Salt To Taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 Slices American Cheese Or Plant-Based Cheese
- King’s Special Sauce
- 2 Pickle Chips
- 1 Potato Bun
- 1/4 Head Lettuce
- 1 Slice Tomato
- Onions, As Needed
King’s Special Sauce
- 1 cup Mayonnaise Or Plant-Based Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Relish
- 1 tbsp Sriracha
- 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
How to prepare
Step 1: Cook the Double Impossible Burger
Take a 12 oz. package of Impossible Burger and form into two separate patties. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through – approximately 3 minutes on each side. Add 2 slices of American cheese to each patty after the first flip.
Step 2: Make the King’s Special Sauce
Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, relish, ketchup, sriracha, garlic powder and onion powder in a medium bowl and mix until well blended.
Step 3: Put on the Finishing Touches
Lightly toast bun. Place lettuce and tomato on the bottom of the bun, then stack both patties on top of the lettuce and tomato. Put 2 pickle chips on top of the burgers. Finish it off by topping it off with the King’s Special Sauce.
