- 1 Package Impossible™ Sausage Made From Plants (Savory, 14 oz)
- Cooking oil, such as Avocado or Vegetable, 1 Tablespoon
- Butter or Plant Based Butter, 1 Tablespoon
- Flour, 2 Tablespoon
- Heavy cream or Cashew Milk, 2 Cups
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 Biscuits, freshly baked or your favorite store bought
How to prepare
Step 1: Cook Impossible Sausage Made From Plants
Add cooking oil to a 3-quart sauce pan over medium-high heat. Crumble Impossible Sausage Made From Plants (Savory) in the pan. Cook until golden brown.
Step 2: Make the gravy
Stir in the butter. Once melted, whisk in flour. Cook and stir until all lumps are gone, about 1 minute.
Step 3: Now make it creamy
Pour in heavy cream (or cashew milk) and stir until well incorporated. Continue to cook until thickened to desired consistency, or until sauce coats the back of a spoon.
Step 4: Serve the gravy with biscuits
Slice or tear open biscuits. To serve, ladle sausage gravy over biscuits. Enjoy!
