- 12 oz Impossible™ Beef Meat From Plants
- 4 Burger Buns
- 1 Head Butter or Bibb Lettuce, separated into leaves
- 2 Large Tomatoes, sliced
- 2 Avocados, smashed
- 2 Limes, juiced

- Kosher salt to taste
- Fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 Red onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 4 Slices Pepper Jack cheese
- Mayo, 3 Tablespoons
- Pickled Jalapeños, Chopped, 1 Tablespoon
How to prepare
Step 1: Cook the Impossible Burgers
Portion Impossible Beef into four burger patties, or to your preferred size. Over medium-high heat, sear your burgers in a pan or on the grill, approximately 2 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Flip the burgers and top with cheese to melt. Toast buns in the pan or on the grill while the cheese is melting.
Step 2: Make the Jalapeño Mayo and Avo Smash
Mix the mayo and chopped pickled jalapeños together. Scoop avocados into a bowl, add lime juice and season to taste with salt.
Step 3: Build your Burger
Spread jalapeño-mayo on the bottom buns. Top with lettuce leaves, tomato slices, thinly sliced red onion rings, and your perfectly grilled Impossible Burger with melted cheese.
