- 12.8 oz Package Impossible™ Savory Sausage Patties Meat From Plants

- 8 Slices Of Brioche or Plant-Based Bread
- 1 1/2 Cups Plant-Based Liquid Egg
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Almond Extract
- 1/4 Cup White Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Maple Cinnamon Compound Butter
- 1 Cup Plant-Based Butter, Or 2 Sticks
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 3/4 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Kosher Salt
How to prepare
Step 1: Make the Maple Cinnamon Compound Butter
In a bowl, mix the butter, cinnamon, maple syrup and salt together.
Step 2: Make the French Toast
In a separate bowl, combine liquid egg, vanilla extract, white and brown sugars, and whisk until well incorporated. Submerge the bread in the french toast mixture until thoroughly drenched, and then transfer to a hot pan, searing on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining bread.
Step 3: Cook the Impossible Sausage Patties
Preheat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place frozen sausage patties in the skillet, and cover. Cook 2 minutes per side for approximately 4 minutes total or until hot, and remove from pan. Set aside, and lower the heat to medium-low for french toast.
Step 4: Cook the French Toast
Submerge the bread in the french toast mixture until thoroughly drenched, and then transfer to a hot pan, searing on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining bread.
Step 5: Assemble the Sandwich
Using the maple cinnamon butter like a sandwich spread, build your Sausage sandwiches. Share with friends, and enjoy!
