Pineapple Salsa
- 2 Cups Diced Pineapple
- 1/2 Red Onion, Diced Small
- 1 Jalapeño, Diced Fine
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Diced Small
- 3 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, Chopped Fine
- 1 Lime, Juiced
- Kosher Salt To Taste
Chipotle Lime Crema
- 1 Cup Sour Cream or Plant-Based Sour Cream
- 2 Limes, Juiced and Zested
- 1 Tsp Chipotle Powder
- Half Bunch Fresh Cilantro, Chopped Fine
How to prepare
Step 1: Prepare the Pineapple Salsa
Combine diced pineapple, red onion, jalapeño, red bell pepper, diced small, 3 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro, and the juice of 1 lime. Stir to combine, season to taste with Kosher salt.
Step 2: Make the Chipotle Lime Crema
Combine sour cream, the juice and zest of 2 limes, chipotle powder and half bunch of finely chopped cilantro. Stir until well incorporated.
Step 3: Grill the Impossible Sausage Links
Preheat grill to medium-high heat and cook Impossible Sausage Links for about 10 minutes, turning frequently, browning on all sides until they reach an internal temp of 160°F.
Step 4: Assemble Your Impossible Sausage Links Bar
Build a few examples for your BBQ guests of what pairings you'd recommend, and then leave the rest up to their imagination.
